سياسة ورش تجربة

 

1.     التسجيل والدفع

  • يجب دفع الرسوم كاملة لتأكيد الحجز في أي ورشة.
  • المقاعد محدودة ويتم تأكيدها حسب أولوية التسجيل.
  • لا يتم حجز أي مقعد بدون إتمام الدفع.
  • كل حجز مخصص لـ شخص واحد فقط.
    لا يُسمح بإحضار شخص إضافي بدون تسجيل مسبق.

 

2.     سياسة الإلغاء

نحن نتفهم أن الخطط قد تتغير، ونسعى لتوفير مرونة مع الحفاظ على العدالة للجميع.

  • الإلغاء قبل 4 أيام (96 ساعة) أو أكثر من موعد الورشة يتيح استرداد كامل للمبلغ.
  • الإلغاء قبل 48 إلى 96 ساعة من موعد الورشة يتيح:
    • إعادة جدولة، أو
    • الاحتفاظ بالمبلغ كرصيد لاستخدامه لاحقًا.
  • الإلغاء قبل أقل من 48 ساعة من موعد الورشة غير قابل للاسترداد أو النقل.

 

3.     سياسة عدم الحضور

  • في حال عدم الحضور دون إشعار مسبق، لا يحق للمشارك طلب استرداد أو إعادة جدولة.

 

4.     إعادة الجدولة

  • يُسمح بإعادة الجدولة لمرة واحدة فقط بشرط الطلب قبل 48 ساعة على الأقل.
  • إعادة الجدولة تعتمد على توفر المقاعد.

 

5.     قواعد الورشة

  • يُتوقع من المشاركين:
    • الحضور في الوقت المحدد.
    • الالتزام بإرشادات النظافة والسلامة.
    • احترام المدرب وفريق العمل وباقي المشاركين.
  • يحق لإدارة تجربة استبعاد أي مشارك يسبب إزعاجًا أو يعطل سير الورشة.

 

6.     الصحة والسلامة

  • يجب إبلاغنا مسبقًا بأي حساسية غذائية أو قيود صحية.
  • لا تتحمل تجربة مسؤولية أي رد فعل تحسسي في حال عدم الإفصاح المسبق.

 

7.     سياسة الحضور

  • يُسمح فقط للمشاركين المسجلين بالدخول إلى الورشة.
  • لا يُسمح بإحضار أطفال أو مرافقين داخل الورشة.
  • تُستثنى فقط الورش المخصصة للأطفال أو العائلات.

 

8.     التصوير والخصوصية

  • قد يتم التقاط صور أو فيديوهات عامة لأغراض التوثيق والتسويق.
  • لن يتم تصوير وجوه المشاركين أو نشرها دون أخذ إذن مسبق وصريح.
  • لن يتم التعريف بأي مشارك أو ظهوره في أي محتوى بدون موافقته.

 

9.     الوصفات والمواد

  • جميع الوصفات والمواد المقدمة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط.
  • لا يُسمح بإعادة استخدامها أو نشرها لأغراض تجارية بدون إذن.

 

10.  التعديلات أو الإلغاء من قبل تجربة

  • يحق لتجربة:
    • تعديل أو إلغاء أي ورشة في حال حدوث ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة.
    • تقديم استرداد كامل أو بديل مناسب في هذه الحالة.

 

في تجربة، نؤمن أن الخَبز ليس مجرد تعلم، بل تجربة متكاملة.
نسعى لخلق بيئة ملهمة ودافئة يخرج منها كل مشارك بثقة، معرفة، ومتعة.

 

Tajrubah Workshop Policy

 

1. Registration & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm your seat in any workshop.
  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No spot will be reserved without completed payment.
  • Each registration is valid for one participant only.
    Bringing an additional person without prior booking is not permitted.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fairness for all participants.

  • Cancellations made 4 days (96 hours) or more before the workshop are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 48–96 hours before the workshop are eligible for:
    • Rescheduling to another session, or
    • Credit for future use.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

3. No-Show Policy

  • Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

 

4. Rescheduling

  • Each participant is allowed one reschedule only, provided it is requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

5. Workshop Conduct

  • Participants are expected to:
    • Arrive on time.
    • Follow all hygiene and safety instructions.
    • Respect the instructor, staff, and other participants.
  • Tajrubah reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the workshop.

 

6. Health & Safety

  • Participants must inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Tajrubah is not responsible for allergic reactions if not disclosed prior to the workshop.

 

7. Attendance Policy

  • Only registered participants are allowed inside the workshop.
  • Bringing a child or guest to accompany you during the class is not permitted.
  • Exceptions apply only to specifically designated kids or family workshops.

 

8. Photos & Media

  • General photos and videos may be taken during workshops for documentation and marketing.
  • No participant’s face will be photographed, recorded, or shared without their prior permission.
  • Participants will not be identified or featured in any content without explicit consent.

 

9. Recipes & Materials

  • All recipes and materials provided are for personal use only.
  • Reproduction or commercial use without permission is not allowed.

 

10. Changes & Cancellations by Tajrubah

  • Tajrubah reserves the right to:
    • Reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Provide a full refund or alternative session in such cases.

 

At Tajrubah, we believe baking is an experience, not just a lesson.
